I sandblasted/powdercoated mine with "90% gloss" but a
good paint job can't be beat. Regarding finish, I
lean toward glossy because whatever finish you choose,
it will soon dull under a coat of road grime.

Subject: Painting suspension parts
I am getting ready to paint some of my suspension bits
and would be
interested
to hear any comments on what primer to use, what paint
to use and what
texture
of black to use (gloss, semi gloss ?). Thanks!
