My car is a 67 BJ8 39749
I need some help with reinstalling my distributor. Does it only go in one
way or can it be installed 180 degrees out? I can only install mine one way
and the rotor is pointing 180 degrees away from the #1 cylinder on the cap.
I have positioned the the crank pulley notch to the arrow on the timing
chain cover indicating TDC and piston is at the top in #1. The distributor
drive is in the "twenty-to-two" position.
Any informed help would be appreciated.
