patton,

if you have the anderson/moment restoration manual, chec the center
photo on page 109.  in addition, in the middle would be the two holes
for the mirror and to the right of the mirror, the stud for the
tonneau the lower photo on page 108 shows the correct installation of
the scuttle seal.
