If you want to make quick work of this task the tool of choice is a 4 inch diamond blade made for cutting marble, ceramic tile and the like on a hand angle grinder. The straight cuts are simple enough and the curves can be trimmed out in pieces and fine trimming using the edge of the blade to nibble the remaining bits. A steady hand will produce results as good as a sabre saw in much less time. Aloha Perry |
