Looking for a Dual Jet Washer for early 100-Six

I'm still looking for a dual washer jet for my 100-Six. I grabbed a
couple pics of one at the last Gulf Coast Healey Club meeting. They
are a little out of focus, but you get the idea what I am looking for.
