shipping costs

i have learned the hard way to always enquire on the shipping costs.  some are
outrageous and for no acceptable reason.  i try always to make the order big
enough to justify shipping costs.  it does help that there is no sales tax on
the items bought out of state.  i guess that will be coming some day.
