Perhaps I'm not discriminating enough, educated enough or just plain lucky 
but I have had no problems of consequence with either Victoria British or NOS 
Locators and I buy a LOT of parts.  Mostly for Healeys and Triumphs.  
Occasionally I will get something I'm not impressed with but by and large I 
can't 
complain.  Same with Moss and TRF (The Roadster Factory) which doesn't deal in 
Healey parts.  Go figure!!
