Pale Ivory is yellowish. It has been called yellow or cream by folks
looking at our Bugeye. I had a color match mixed to an original portion
of fender that still had good paint on it. We compared it to the color
book you refer to and we're dang close to right on. The color is not
listed as available on a 60 Bugeye, but that's what was underneath
everything, so it must have been ordered special or something. I'm very
pleased with the color and it's different than everyone else. Not sure
if this helps, but it's all a matter of personal taste and what pleases
you, the owner.
