You can see if there's a drain by undoing one of the battery cables and putting a light bulb between the cable and the post, with the car not running. If it lights, there's a drain. If your battery switch is operative, try turning that off and see if there's still a drain. Since the wire to the solenoid's hot, you'd want to check around there as well. -- Steve Gerow Pasadena CA 59 BN6 |
