FWIW, many E-Type owners use the MT 90 because of the syncro-friendly
properties. I have it in mine now and will put it in the BJ8 before driving
season---either MTL or the 90. since I have three qts of MTL sitting around I
might use it in the Healey.

I asked Redline what their recommendation would be for a Toyota 5-speed. They
came back with the MT90 which has a GL4 rating, supposedly better for bronze
synchronizers. I have yet to switch over but look forward to doing so as I
have heard nothing but good reports.
