Bob, I have used this on a couple of my cars without problem. The area you are trying to tack the pin to MUST be absolutely clean of any rust, paint, etc., or it will not stick. Make sure of that, then make sure you have the pin head square when you place in on the metal. Take a body hammer & dolly to make sure the metal is relatively flat then hit and hold your trigger till you see it weld, then release quickly. Hope that helps. Gary Fuqua Branson, Missouri |
