For someone like my self (who has bought three
different seat belt set ups in his healey owning
life), there really is only one seat-belt out there
that is the best for the six cylinder healeys. It's
the short three point version here:

Mind you I am not typically a big fan of Moss... but
this is one area that I think Moss has a very nice
product.
You want the snap hook and eye set up because it makes
installation MUCH MUCH easier. FYI my '64 BJ8 came
with the eye on the floor board and tunnel as standard
equipment, but on the BN1 I had to install them. The
eyes & all mounting hardware come with the belts (the
stiffening plates aren't original, but they work
well).
The installation is easier because on the mount
located on the floor between the seat and the door jam
, you do not have enough space to mount directly to
the floor. Even if you install an eye (which will be
pretty easy) you will still have to remove the seat
and seat base to get enough space to bolt the seat
mount to the eye - it's a major hassle trust me!
With the Moss hook mount belts, once the eye is in,
you simply snap the seat-belt carabener hook onto the
eye, it takes five minutes to install the whole thing.
The only part that bolts on is the shoulder mount, and
this mounts up to the fender well very easily. If
your BN4 has the two bolt shoulder belt mount (like
most 6cyl healeys), you can get an adapter from
British car specialists (the Nocks) that fits to these
two bolts on each fender well. You can order the
seatbelts from them as well, they are Moss

You don't want an auto retractor... they tend to be
uncomfortable because of how you have to position it
on a healey, it will always be applying a small amount
of pressure on your shoulder.... it wont hurt or
anything but it can be annoying.
