I just bought a 1960 Jaguar xk 150 S to restore. I am looking for some
assistance with the eng. and chassis numbers. The engine number and fire wall
plaque number match # VS 1142-9 and the Chassis number is # S831031 DN. I
would like to know the approximate build date, and the appropriate restoration
and service manuals to get.
