Several of you have mentioned aluminum oil pans in recent posts. I was
wondering what the deal is with them. -Are they just replacements for old
damaged original ones? Are the steel ones still available? Is there some
perceived cooling / durability advantage to replacing the pan with the
aluminum ones? -How are the aluminum pans viewed by the concours committee?
