VIBRATIONS??

So I have this vibration at 2,200 RPM. I replaced the front crank pully
damper and I installed a Bill Bolton lightened flywheel.

Out of gear/in gear (any) going up and down I feel strong vibration at
2,200-ish RPM.

Did the damper need to go on a certain way? anyone had issues with the
Bolton flywheel?
