It doesn't sound like a braking problem to me.

Have you checked to see if there's any fluid left in
your differential?  I would check there first.

The other thing is your rear splined hub may have come
loose.  I would take the wheel off and see if the
spined hub is securely bolted in place.  If it is
loose it will cause these symptoms.
