If the clutch slave connecting hose is old, it could be collapsing internally.
You could watch the clutch slave while someone actuates the clutch, and see if
the slave returns to normal position when it should. If it does not return,
try undoing the slave from the hose, and actuate the slave manually. If it
still sticks. your slave cylinder is jamming. If not, the hose is collapsing
or the steel line is getting plugged, or the master is jamming.
