Fresh air

I did this outline six months ago and while it is long, it does answer the
question of heat and fresh air.  Both from the fresh air duct and the heater
duct.

Overkill?  Probably!

I can tell you, this worked for me and it is an even bigger pleasure to drive
my car now.
