I have to agree - in spades.
My first dolly used castors from a supermarket trolley. Inevitably you end
up loading the chassis(frame) with components until something gives.
My recommendation is to go for castors rated at 250kg each. They will roll
cleanly right up to a fully loaded frame and still have a margin. It is
really convenient being able to leave the wheels off and move the thing any
direction.

Subject: Re: Weight of BN7 Chassis
The first dolly I made a number of years ago I undersized the wheels and it
didn't move well. I followed up with a set of wheels rated at a 1000 pounds
and the cart moves extremely well. Sometimes too well. I can put a
complete
Healey, engine and all on the dolly and one person can roll it around the
garage
with no problem at all.
I recommend a set a wheels that are rated for more than you think you will
ever need.
Thanks and good luck,
John
