That depends. CB and SW terminals on British Coils
can have swapped polarity depending if the car was
negative or positive ground to start with. So if the
coil came off a negative ground MGB... CB will have
the opposite polarity to your Healey. Unfortunately
with contact breakers, you can swap these coils and
terminals around and the car will still run just fine.
I would suggest just buying a new aftermarket coil to
start and then you'll know which side is + and which
side is - for sure.
