Trafficator expert needed

Hi folks.  I need someone that has seen more trafficator units from an
adjustable hub (if they're not the same as non-adjustable) than they would
like to admit.  I'm looking at the guts and need to know if all were the
same or if there were some variations.  I have a picture to share with some
questions for a knowledgeable volunteer.
