I agree w/ all that has already been said. In addition... the water pump has a carbon seal between the water and bearing sides. This carbon seal will tend to leak until it is worn in. Quick way to seat the seal is to spin the pump dry (b/4 you install it) for about 30 seconds. I have a belt driven bench grinder, and just turn it on and hold the pump pulley against the belt.
