bias-ply tire recommendation

the only use i have ever had for bias-ply tires is for burning brush when
clearing land.  every british car i ever had with bias ply tires were out of
round and had to be shaved.  replacing with radials really improved the
handling, especially on my bj8.  just another opinion.  healeymanjim
