In my opinion, Dave asks a good question: " why not just buy new drums?" Are they available? And at what price? Second question: I am wondering if one could "test" the roundness and/or balance of their drums by jacking up the car, removing the wheel and running the drive train at around 55 mph as indicated on the speedo (or whatever speed one is experiencing the vibration)? Wouldn't this work? If it wouldn't , then why not? Stever Steve Rizzo, Lt. Col. AETC/XPRU steven.rizzo@randolph.af.mil 210-652-8479 DSN 487-8479 |
