Group, I faced the same question Carl posed but resolved it on the superficial grounds that the Lucas ammeter I found had the same general configuration as the BJ8 style guages already in the car, i.e. white lettering on black background with the needle swinging from the upper central part of the guage. If a person wanted to maintain this styling "integrity" but use a voltmeter, did Lucas ever make such an instrument and what kind of junkers would have it installed?
