How do I intall the top frame?

Okay.  I have the frame, the six nuts, washers and bolts. The side panels
have nice little holes where they obviously fit.  How do I get the washers
and nuts back of those panels?  How do I hold them in place with a wrench
when I can't even get my hand in there?  I'm missing something here, aren't I?
I'm not usually this stupid.  Where is the Healey Obi-Wan Kenobi when I need
him?  At your mercy... .
