1963 healey title

Had an email from someone in the U.S. trying to sell a title to a 1963
healey 6 cylinder. If this is legal? over there I will pass on the email
address to whoever wants it. While I'm at it my Healey site hasn't been
updated for a while due to a lack of suitable material. If anyone out
there has something they would like to see published that would suit the
site, please get in touch.
