Yes, I do that. I would bet a few others do, too.
I tend to look at usage data for large dips. They're easy to pick out, and
usually make sense when you think about that corner and why you weren't near
full usage.
I also look for waves in accel g's looking for less than optimal braking and
throttle techniques.
