Hey Mike,

I'm running a Miata, and I don't use velcro or tape. I just
park the cube in the front left corner of the console, put a
block of foam on top, and close the lid on it. The foam is
enough and it allows me to "spot check" cubes out of
inventory without leaving any residue on them. BTW, the
power supply fits upside down in the front of the console as
if it were made to go there. It's an absolutely perfect
fit, with the cable protruding through the little dip in the
compartment. The Palm I just leave on top of the foam, a
bit behind the G-Cube.

I'm betting that your map problems are either just the
normal starting point in need of some minor adjustments
using the adjustments dialog (read the tutorial in the help
pages on "How to adjust your maps" if you need help on that
one) or perhaps you have a calibration issue. It's highly
unlikely that your G-Cube is moving around while you are
driving if you are using tape on it. If you want, you can
e-mail a suspicious run or two to me and I'll be glad to
take a look!
