Congrats to all the GEEZ finishers this year at Nats. Our
preliminary counts had us with something like 9 class
championships and too many trophies to count! WOW! We will
have a contingency form available to e-mail to those in the
top three later today or tomorrow, send just send me your
request and I'll get the form out to you.
I need to get some data to use in the ad for the inside
front cover of the nationals book. I'm especially
interested in data from folks winning their first trophy,
and especially high up trophies. I know that Jonathan
Roberts (2nd in CS) had some great things to say about how
GEEZ helped him this year, and nobody expected his 2nd place
finish. That's especially the kind of stuff we want to put
in our ad. A great quote, and a great run recorded.
Even if you haven't adjusted your map yet (Topeka is one of
the trickier sites to adjust well) please send me your best
run from each course together with your comments and quotes
that I can use in an ad.
I'll be selecting one north course and one south course
drive for the ad, but we'll very likely want to mention as
many of the top GEEZ finishers as we can in the ad. And for
those 2 folks who send us data that we select for the ad,
we'll send you a GEEZ polo shirt, like Yvonne and I were
wearing at Nationals, your choice of red, black, white, or
yellow.
