If you happen to have Excel, or any other spreadsheet, you can easily
suck in the data and plot it. After you load it as a CSV file, just
create a new column taking the first column and dividing it by 100. Do
the same for the second. Use the Chart Wizard to plot the 3rd and 4th
columns you just created. You can then visually determine where a run
would start/end.
As GEEZ proves so well, you can better wrap you mind around visual data,
than you can staring at the numbers. It is also the current poor man's
way of overlaying runs. ;)
