SHOOT THE PROGRAMMER!
My bad, Bob. Here's the scoop, and the solution.
We recently changed dongle companies. The newest version of the
software supports both the old dongle and the new dongle. You have the
old one, btw. The KL2DLL.DLL file is required for the new dongle. But
the *dumb programmer* (ahem) didn't think to allow the system to run
without the presence of the KL2DLL file for those that really don't
need it. So, for right now today, you need it.
There are no other functional changes in the latest version on the
download page, btw, just the additional dongle support. So it's not a
critical "must-have" version...just yet. More stuff on the way, as
always.
So what I have done is re-zip the GEEZ.ZIP for the website as of about
10pm EST tonight, now including KL2DLL.DLL. So if you go get the file
from the website, you'll get everything you need with it when you upzip
it in your GEEZ directory.
I apologize, but of course it had to happen when I was on an airplane
today, and out of touch.
