As Todd states, +3mm on a 15X6 is the specified size.

Old Blue, my 1956 TR3 came with Panasports. I have always assumed they 
are 15X6, but I don't know offhand what the backspacing is. I run 
Speedsters as well, but the narrow ones, 185X65R15. No rubbing issues 
and when I have the suspension setup properly, they work just fine!
