I'm with Scott on this. Lighter colors show problems much easier and soone=
r. Rust-Oleum is preferred too. Easy to get anywhere and in a rainbow of =
colors in non-rattle or rattle can. I use it on frames, suspension, bracke=
ts and anything else besides the body too. Easy for touch-ups. =20
Black is factory for engines, but from what I've seen red is second most co=
mmon. My engine is silver, just because it's flashier than gray. =20
