[Fot] Mail delays

I'm seeing mail delays of 4, 5 hours or so between the time a message is 
accepted by mailman on Team Net and the time it gets sent out.  It has 
happened before, not sure where the hangup is.  I'll keep looking into 
it, until then my apologies, be patient.
