Lots of good advice!
On eye protection, I prefer to use a visor. Same sort of thing as a welding
helmet, but clear, protects the whole face.
On rusty nails and tetanus, good idea, but it's not the rust, it's where the
nail has been!
And lastly, I'm now on my own, widowed. I've wondered what I could do if
injured/disabled in the workshop, beyond struggling to the phone, so carry a
mobile in the overalls. But there are personal alarms that the disabled
elderly can carry, usually on a necklace. Press the red button, and the
call centre can speak to you, as you lie there! Anyone used one?
