i'm soon to "refresh" the back end of our old GT6 Mk2 race car and i'd
dearly like to hear from successful racers of this model before heading
down any particular path

Currently it has home made lower wishbones & rear upper arm to give easier
adjustment for toe and camber. it has a 1 leaf upper spring and koni race
shocks with coil springs

The upper transverse leaf is mostly there to satisfy a period race rule
that says it must stay there, but the bulk of the springing performed by
the coils (350lb/in from memory)

Some folk have suggested the single upper leaf get replaced with a swing
spring, but i'm not sure i see the benefit on a race car

is there a 'collective wisdom" on this subject for the Mk2 cars??

thanks
