I haven't registered for the K Cup, Joe because I am fixing up Irv's old
(RED) TR4 to sell. I have decided owning a race car is not for me. I have
10 thumbs when I try working on it myself, even with expert guidance from
Kas himself. I will sell the car and trailer and rent an 1147 Spit from Joe
Siam for most of the VARA races going forward. The TR is dialed in with
brand new Webers and just 100% rewired. I am putting on a new head so it
will be bulletproof now (well, actually no guarantees with a race car) so
will be great in 2020.
This was a nice car when I bought it 3 years ago with documented history
and log books going back to 1972. I showed it's potential when it hung with
Tony Drews in Buttonwillow last summer..... until the driver ran out of
talent.
With a decent driver it will finish very well at the 2020 Kastner Cup. If
anyone is interested I will make an incredible deal on the car and an
option on a nice enclosed trailer to any serious FoT member. Call or text

Wherever a buyer is located I will be happy to meet them halfway from my
SoCal location gratis if they want the complete car/trailer spares combo to
save shipping costs. Spares include two additional sets of wheels/tires
with fresh rain tires with 4 laps on them.
I will not sell this pretty car to anyone but a serious racer. Former owner
Irv Korey will kick my ass if I sell it to a goofball. It's not about the
money to me. I will make a great deal to the right driver.
I hope to be a spectator at the history making 2020 Kastner Cup to see this
car run up front!
