Turns out, Charles borrowed a lot of money, and failed to keep his promise =
to buy life insurance to cover it. So his heirs are trying to raise as much=
cash as possible, to pay off the debts without having to liquidate TRF.
They (through lawyers of course) have already said it won=E2=80=99t be enou=
gh, but they are hoping to persuade a judge to let them pay the balance fro=
m future TRF profits.
BTW, the Coventry Inn is up for sale too.

My guess would be they need sold to settle the estate and or equitably=20
distribute the assets if any remain after debts are settled. Not privy to=20
any information but that's how estates are settled. Not certain the kids=20
have any control or little control at this point.
