I like the Speedsters for my TR3. 185/65. CSRG allows a 60 series and a 205/60
will fit on the TR3, but they are close. I had to relieve/grind the leaf
springs for Yokohama 048s (radial) to fit and I rolled the fender lip too. I
found that the tires rubbed the springs in turns with only 1/4 to 3/8" static
clearance before grinding the springs.
Keep in mind that different tires may and usually do, require camber
adjustments. I didn't change mine for the Yokos which was probably needed for
best results.
The 185 Speedsters (semi-radial) rub the rolled fender slightly on one side.
The fender should be pulled out a little there, the other side is fine.
I use the Hoosier Vintage TDs (bias-ply) for the Rolex race, they are 5.50x15.
