[Healeys] Yet Another Oil Thread

I hope not.  It's what my engine builder used--30W--in my 'new' BJ8 
engine for break-in; he swears by it.  He says to keep it in for 500 
miles.  He also says while Valvoline 20W-50 is good, to add ZDDP 
additive to it.
