TRF and Richard Goode do. Probably Uncle Ted too.
I use an adjustable cam sprocket and modified a timing cover to access the
sprocket:ie: cut a big hole in the cover with a large hole saw, brazed in some
studs, and made a cover from some aluminum plate I had lying around. Works ok.
