Yesterday fot group... Had a spectacular day despite minor to major
mechanicals. Thanks to HMSA / Cris Vandagrif Mazda Raceway for giving us
premier pitting area in front of some enormously expensive and rare race cars.
Laguna Seca must be one the best venues for drivers anywhere. I can think of
other fabulous tracks but, the elevation changes and the large paddock area is
hard to beat. Harder for spectators but, there are some super places for
viewing. Turns. Midday sun and blue sky with scattered white clouds added to
fast race times.
I like this track and would come back in a heartbeat. HMSA has given the fot
contingent more track time in one day than most weekends combined as well as
Lunches provided daily.
The kcup group put on a burger bash last night. Perhaps for 80+ people.
Cocktail flag up. All the fixings included plus a super desert. Non stop
music and festivities.
