In the 60s and 70s you could buy those Cosmic in many accessorie shops in
Belgium.
I had those on a used TR6 I bought in 1971 in Belgium.
Maybe you can contact the TR Register Belgium with your question.
I live in the USA since 1990 and have never seen these wheels in the US.
