That was cool. In the days before transponders, my wife and I used to work
timing and scoring a lot. I remember Chuck Billington and Tom Foster were
racing the Tracer C Sports Racers nose to tail all the time. I know we
called one race between them a dead heat since there were no cameras and no
one could tell who was in front at the finish line. They loved it.
