Rain-X rocks.
I use it on everything,,, windscreen, visor and even my eye glasses
in the extreme [Rain-X "Fog-X" is also great]. Compatible with all.
If you want to use Lexan and wipers make sure you get the new scratch
resistant stuff - it will actually deal with wipers much better than
the original.
When covering things like the wiper holes I always ask myself "would
anyone want to ever put this car back on the street again?" Why not
get rid of the hardware and just put rubber plugs in the holes.
