I think the thing to do is to find a local spring shop and have a set
of two made up to copy your good one.
I just removed the leaf springs from my TR3. They were probably okay
but the clips were looking pretty old. I know they've been on the
race car for at least 21 years, maybe 30.
My springs have an added leaf to beef them up and they are de-arched
to lower the car. Due to the extra leaf, custom spacers were made to
for the top and bottom of the U-bolt clamps. My springs also have also
been ground in two spots for more tire clearance. I think it was an
issue when it had big centerline racing wheels, slicks and flares.
Not sure if they need to be modified fore tire clearance with my
current 5.5" rims.
You may mount them and see that the car is too high (or too low) and
need to take them back to change the arch a little bit.
If you haven't removed the springs already, the pin that holds the
front spring eye is really fun to remove!
