Helping the flow of water sounds like a good idea but for the record,
my car has run with these holes plugged for 40 years with no cooling
problems. I was looking for the easy route on getting the sizes so I
could make one trip to the hardware store or my local surplus fitting
store. I'm lucky to be near a couple of stores here in LA that have
all the stock from the old "Joe Factor" shop. It was wall to wall
aircraft and nuts and bolt surplus. Hate to be in there during an
earthquake or I'd be buried by AN fittings. One thing I need to do is
make a 7/16 - 14 Banjo bolt to run a fitting from the oil gallery to
the oil press. gauge. Happy Holidays everyone.
