The heavy duty King bearings are about the best we can get nowadays.

Hi Fot'rs
I am still working on the GT6 motor and was wondering what compression
ratios
people are running in their 6 banger engines, and what bearings are being
used. I am hearing that there are no lead indium racing bearings for the
GT6
and as a result one needs to run stock bearings. Also that due to an
inefficient combustion chamber that it is better to keep the compression
ratio
in the low 12's vs approaching 13 to help the flame spread and reduce
detonation by reducing height of the piston intruder.
Thoughts?
Hope everyone had a good season
Bill
