[Fot] replacement TR4A head?

Someone just wrote me asking about a head he bought on ebay, supposedly
a TR4A head. It has the bevel in the combustion chamber, but the
number cast into it is 582137, not 511695. 

Any idea what this head is? Was there a later version of the TR4A head?
I can't find any record of this part number...
